Insights on Denim Manufacturing Process Flow

Production process begins with Process I: Cones to Beams, where Raw Cotton Yarn in Cones is prepared, resulting in Raw Cotton Yarn in Beams. This prepared yarn then moves to Process II: Dyeing of Yarn. Using the Raw cotton yarn in beams as input, the yarn is treated to produce Dyed cotton yarn (indigo), Dyeing and Sizing. The next stage, Process III: Weaving fabric, is managed as an Outsourced operation. The Dyed cotton yarn is sent out to be woven, yielding Unfinished denim fabric (also outsourced).

Process I:
Production process begins with - Cones to Beams
Production process begins with preparation of raw cotton yarn in cones, resulting in raw cotton yarn in beams.
Process II:
This prepared yarn then moves to - Dyeing of Yarn
Using raw cotton yarn in beams as input, the yarn is dyed with high-quality indigo and prepared through dyeing and sizing.
Process III:
The next stage - Weaving Fabric
The dyed cotton yarn is sent for weaving, producing unfinished denim fabric through precision weaving operations.
Process IV:
Once the fabric returns - Singeing Fabric
The unfinished denim fabric undergoes singeing to remove surface fibers and create smooth singed fabric.
Process V:
Finally, the manufacturing journey concludes with - Finishing Denim Fabric
Final finishing enhances texture, durability and breathability to produce high-quality denim fabric ready for apparel.
